Contraction Cup Filler
Contraction Cup Filler is often used in some products with high viscosity, which is not easy to be quantitated by other equipment.
Work Process:
- Mixing Component: Reducer motor drives the mixing slurry to rotate, so that the product has fluidity in the turntable.
- Press Component: The cylinder drives the head to move up and down to fill the measuring cup with product.
- Jacking Component: The cylinder drives the jacking head to move down and push out the excess product in the measuring cup. The cylinder stroke can be adjusted to meet the packing weight requirement required by production.’
- Feeding Component: The servo motor drives the synchronous belt to push the product in the measuring cup into the packing belt.
