10-Station Rotary Premade Pouch Packaging Machine
MR10-202R is a 10-station rotary premade pouch packaging machine with an independent servo motor on each station. On a mechanical rotary machine every station is locked to one camshaft; here each station has its own motion profile, set from the touch screen. The sealing station can hold pressure longer for thick barrier film, the filling station can wait longer, and the bag opening stroke can start more gently, all without changing the speed of the other stations.
Pouch width, gripper travel and station heights are adjusted by motorized indexing, and up to 50 product recipes are stored in the 10.4-inch HMI. A bag size change takes under 90 seconds. The machine runs at 60 to 80 bags per minute and packs stand-up, three-side seal, four-side seal, flat-bottom, zipper, shaped and spout pouches.

- Independent Station Timing — Opening, filling dwell and sealing pressure are set separately for each station instead of one fixed cam profile. Seal contact time can be extended for thick multi-layer barrier film without reducing cycle speed, and gentle acceleration keeps liquids from splashing and fragile products from breaking.
- One-Touch Size Change — Pouch width, gripper travel and staging heights are adjusted by motorized servo indexing, with no handwheels or wrenches. Up to 50 product recipes are stored in the 10.4-inch HMI, and operators switch between bag sizes in under 90 seconds.
- Low Wear and Low Maintenance — No cam followers to lubricate, no drive chains to tension and no backlash to take up. The direct-drive servo motors are enclosed, so there is no oil leakage risk in food or pharmaceutical rooms.
- Quiet Running — Smooth acceleration curves reduce mechanical vibration, and the machine runs below 72 dB.
- Defect Rejection — Optical and vacuum sensors check every cycle. If a pouch is not opened, filling is skipped. If a pouch is empty or wrongly dosed, it passes without sealing, so the bag can be recovered and no bad pack leaves the line.
- Remote Diagnostics — The machine has an industrial Ethernet connection. Echo engineers can read servo torque curves, sensor states and alarm history for troubleshooting and firmware updates.

Bag Style
MR10-202R runs stand-up pouches (Doypack), three-side seal bags, four-side seal bags, flat-bottom box pouches, zipper pouches, shaped bags and spout pouches. Pouch width is 88 – 200 mm and length 100 – 380 mm; widths up to 300 mm can be customized.
Working Principle
On a cam-driven rotary machine all stations move on one fixed timing. On the MR10-202R each station is driven by its own servo motor, and the motion is set in software. The bag opening stroke, the filling dwell and the sealing time can each be changed without touching the others, and a change is stored with the recipe for that pouch size.
There are no cam followers or drive chains in the main motion path, so there is nothing to lubricate or re-tension. The controller records the torque of each servo axis, and the machine can send that data over Ethernet when a problem needs to be checked from outside the plant.
