This machine erects cartons, loads products into them with a robot arm and seals the cartons in one continuous flow. It replaces three separate machines — a case erector, a case packer and a case sealer — and the conveyors between them. Carton size is 160 to 320 mm wide, 200 to 400 mm long and 130 to 240 mm high. Speed is 2 to 10 boxes per minute.
