The MR8S-100/160 is a double bag packaging machine developed for large-scale production of small granule products. It has two bag magazines, and the control system switches between them: when one magazine runs empty the other takes over, so the machine does not stop for reloading. Compared with traditional single-magazine models, production efficiency is increased by more than 40%. It suits seasonings, tea leaves, nuts and other small granules that need continuous high-speed packaging.

- Dual Bag Feeding — Two bag magazines are switched by the control system, so the machine keeps running while the other magazine is reloaded. Compared with traditional single-magazine models, production efficiency is increased by more than 40%, and the usual downtime for changing bags is gone.
- Simpler Bag Size Change — Standard models need a skilled operator. On the MR8S-100 the bag size change is simplified, so the technical threshold is lower and daily operation is more efficient.
- Imported Indexer — The machine uses original Japanese indexers, which give better stability and a longer service life than regular machines.
- Brand Components — Festo pneumatics, Schneider Electric systems and Igus engineering bearings from Germany.
- Two-Step Bag Opening — The mechanical bag arm opens the bag in two steps, partial opening first and then inflation, which greatly improves the bag opening success rate.
- Anti-Contamination Sealing — The push-pull sealing design blocks product from entering the bag seal area, which prevents part corrosion and keeps the sealing area clean.
