MR9-300R is our 9-station rotary premade pouch packaging machine. Most rotary premade pouch machines have 8 stations. We added one more station, so the machine can do double heat-sealing or give the sealing step a longer dwell time without shortening any other step. It packs aluminum foil bags, four-side seal bags, paper bags and other composite bags at 50 to 60 bags per minute.
Features
- High-speed machine platform with fully internal cam drive
- Frame is welded first, then CNC precision-machined, so the rotary table and every station stay aligned
- Heavy-duty 175 cam indexer directly coupled to the turntable drive shaft
- Metered lubrication pump with high-pressure oil lines feeds every lubrication point
- The extra station allows double heat-sealing or a longer sealing dwell time without shortening any other step
- A cooling and reshaping station can be added to the cycle, which an 8-station machine cannot fit without losing another function
- After heat sealing, the bag passes a controlled cooling stage so the seal edge stays flat
- Each step in the cycle gets more time to complete, so parts take less impact load and wear less
