Premade Pouch Packaging Machine with 9 Stations
One Extra Station. A Measurable Difference in Every Bag.
Capacity 50 – 60 Bags/Min
Bag Width 180 – 300mm
Filling Volume 10 – 2000g
Bag Length 150 – 420mm
Most premade pouch packaging machines operate on an 8-station rotary structure — each station assigned one task, each cycle tightly timed. Our 9-station design adds one more step to that cycle. That single addition changes what the machine can do, how reliably it runs, and what the finished bag looks like.
Features
- High-Speed Structural Platform — built on a high-speed machine platform with fully internal cam drive.
- Delivering outstanding motion control, stability and durability for sustained high-speed production.
- Precision-Machined Frame — welded first, then CNC precision-machined.
- Ensuring tight assembly tolerances and stable, precise alignment of the rotary table and every station.
- Direct-Coupled 175 Indexer — a heavy-duty 175 cam indexer directly coupled to the turntable drive shaft.
- Providing smooth, precise and reliable indexing at high speed.
- Advanced Metered Lubrication — a high-end metered lubrication pump with high-pressure oil lines.
- Precise oil dosing to every lubrication point keeps the oil circuit accurate, durable and resistant to damage and clogging.
- Superior Seal Integrity — the additional station allows dual heat-sealing or an extended sealing dwell time, without compressing any other step in the cycle.
- The result is a more thorough, consistent seal across every pouch.
- For aluminum foil bags, thick-film pouches, or any application where seal failure carries real consequences, the 9-station structure delivers a measurable improvement in sealing reliability.
- Cleaner Finished Appearance — a dedicated cooling and reshaping station can be incorporated into the cycle, something an 8-station machine cannot accommodate without sacrificing another function.
- After heat sealing, the bag passes through a controlled cooling stage that eliminates residual internal stress at the seal zone.
- This prevents the seal edge from curling or warping, producing a flat, clean finish that holds its shape on the shelf.
- Smoother, More Stable Operation — with one additional station in the rotation, each step in the cycle has more time to complete its motion before the next begins.
- Mechanical components operate with less urgency, less impact load, and less cumulative wear.
- Over a long production run, this translates to fewer interruptions, lower maintenance frequency, and a longer effective machine lifespan.
