TGJ Series
The machine is suitable for filling various viscous paste materials, stable and easy to operate, easy to adjust the filling volume, high filling accuracy, easy to clean, extremely low failure rate, 316 stainless steel is used for the parts in contact with the material, and 304 stainless steel is used for the frame, parts corrosion resistance.
The machine is placed next to/above the premade pouch packaging machine, and the paste machine pours the raw materials into the barrel and can automatically fill the material.

- Standard fluorine rubber sealing ring, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, and high-temperature resistance; the soft connection gasket is made of silicone or PTFE material.
- All parts in contact with the material are made of 316 stainless steel.
- The filling volume and filling speed are adjustable, and the filling head is drip-proof.
- Functions can be customized according to customer needs: heat preservation, stirring, heating and stirring, liquid level detection and automatic feeding models, easy-to-clean models, etc.
